    ​The owner of the dam must be a current member of the DPCNA to register a litter with the DPCNA. Litter registration is $15.00 per puppy and includes a one-year complimentary club membership for each puppy buyer. Please complete all fields of this registration form with the names of the puppies, their permanent I.D., and their new owners’ contact information. If no owner is provided, the paid pedigree will be sent to the breeder (i.e. kennel listed below). Please be sure to send the appropriate fee to the DPCNA treasurer via the PayPal link on Breeder Login page. For other methods of payment, please contact us. All fees must be paid in U.S. currency.
